Physical SecurityAffairsInOrder's Web site is located in a secure environment, where security personnel monitor the system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access to servers requires multiple levels of authentication, including biometrics (hand print scan) procedures and identity authentication. FirewallsAll AffairsInOrder firewalls are located in a controlled environment. All data and access to the AffairsInOrder servers are filtered by the perimeter firewalls before reaching any Web servers. An additional level of firewalls protects the Application and Database servers. AffairsInOrder Passwords and User IDsAffairsInOrder Passwords and User IDs are kept private. User IDs can be searched by Customer Service Representatives, but no one at AffairsInOrder can access your AffairsInOrder password. Therefore, if you forget your AffairsInOrder password, a new one must be created. We have no way of deciphering what the forgotten password was. Account Numbers and Account PasswordsYour financial institution Account Numbers and Account Passwords are kept private. The AffairsInOrder Application has access to them in order to update your account. When you input those items, it is as if you have placed them in a secured lock box. The key to this lock box is a piece of data that only you know. Therefore, if you forget that piece of data, you must reenter your Account Numbers and Account Passwords. Audits and InspectionsSystem integrity checks of the firewalls and other network perimeter access control systems are performed on a regular basis. Our security practice and architecture is audited and approved by security experts and is regularly upgraded to ensure that your information is completely secure. The AffairsInOrder security practices are audited and inspected quarterly by security experts. Other PrecautionsTo preserve your privacy, you will be logged off automatically when you have been inactive for a period of time. For secure access to your private information, you will need to log on again. For security reasons you will be denied access to your account after 3 unsuccessful log in attempts.
